Have you completed your 12th Grade and looking forward to joining an undergraduate degree. Here’s where everyone is stuck in a maze. Believe me, that’s completely normal being stuck with so many thoughts because is completely normal when you have to make a decision which sets track for the rest of your life. You have a lot of courses to choose from and to make it easy for you, let’s break it down into this comparison that follows.
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc Course)
A B.Sc Course is a 3-year course which is spread into 6 Semesters enhancing an individual’s knowledge in Science field. It is a 3-year Course in India and Nepal. It depends on the country and specialization that a student chooses to pursue. A bachelor’s degree usually deals with knowledge of the academics and techniques along with an essence of knowledge about Scientific and Technological Advancements. By the end of the course, their abilities will be polished. It completely depends upon the individual what he is really interested in pursuing. A student can find a good job with handsome salary after completing his/her B.Sc Course.
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech Course)
Bachelor of Technology is an undergraduate degree awarded to a student who completes four years of B.Tech course, i.e 8 Semesters which have various subjects with reference to science and technology. Engineering offers both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses for students in different fields of science. Engineering also creates possibilities for the students to Research on materials, algorithms, etc. The 4-year course, not only enhances the science and engineering aspect of a student but also enables them to make decisions according to the situation, to face the uncertainty and ambiguity in order to manage risk.
In INDIA there are around 10,000 engineering colleges registered under AICTE. There is a huge demand for science courses which are offered in almost all the Engineering Colleges in Bhopal, with an estimated intake of more than twenty thousand students every year. Engineering has a wide variety of courses to choose from and it all boils down to the student’s interest.
Let’s Get To The Bottom Of It!
B.Sc Graduates can think about the Masters where they go on to pursue a Master of Science degree and increase their career prospects. And the same goes for an engineer as well, after completing the 4-year course, if one is interested in pursuing further studies can specialize in any particular M.Tech Course. Nowadays many talented graduates from engineering colleges in Bhopal are working on their own startup’s.
Whether you like it or not, there is a huge demand for engineers. But our society functions as a society because of every single entity working towards helping each other and trading things. Let’s take an example if you are good at making Bricks and assuming that I am good at making Glass. We can each make our own products which we are good at and later we can trade. It is way better off than a single person making both Glass and Bricks of low quality which is going nowhere. So it all depends on the impact we make on our society. And it is obvious that if you are interested in any Course, rain or shine you will break the boundaries.
